Micah Kaats
Senior Analyst
Micah is a Senior Analyst at the Happiness Research Institute and PhD candidate in Public Policy at Harvard University.
Micah’s research focuses on the drivers and downstream effects of subjective well-being and social capital, particularly in the fields of labor, health, and urban economics. He is also affiliated with the Wellbeing Research Centre at Oxford University and the Erasmus Happiness Economics Research Organization (EHERO) at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
He holds two Master’s degrees in Economic Policy and Applied Ethics from Utrecht University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania.
